GAMEPLAY BUG
When i played rank i put as role jungle and top , the game put me as support .A player leaved the game ,second time i haved the same roles and i was again support ... please fix the bug

If you waited in queue for awhile, "autofill" will go into effect. It's not optimal, but without support players being frequent enough, things have to be done to get games started. If you didn't wait very long, it would likely be a bug with the autofill timer kicking in too quickly.
