Vel'koz graphic bug
Vel'koz has a graphic bug on his battlecast skin where when he attacks or uses a spell there a blue flash thingy and its super annoying!

Yeah, I don't know if this is on all maps, but I just experienced it on the new snowdown map.
Whats worse is his Q and Ult are invisible -_-
