Lost connection in server???

Me and my younger brother are experiencing technical issues with the internet connection. We both have comcast and the speedtest seems to run extremely efficient. However, we cannot seem to play the game due to disconnection every 1 minute. It sometimes skip from 9:25-9:52. All of the sudden, I get killed within that time frame without having any sight nor control of my champion. As of today 10:35pmI left the game due to this issue and i was wonder if its possible to waive me "ConsistantC & Newangel85" from being banned. The game could no longer progress. I can literally moonwalk from my base to half of the map and die with one click. I would like this issue resolved. Lord knows what is going on with the connection between my internet and league. My internet seems to be running fine but it doesn't run well with league.

Yes, NA is lagging horribly (on and off) for about last three hours, lost my first of three matches with these problems... people raging and rightly so, 4 vs 5 not fun for anyone, this brings me to another issue, getting reports when this happens, and prevention still not in place of both things...
