[PBE] PBE Community Forums and Bug Reporter not working!
Note: This is regarding PBE/PBE community, NOT Live! I know there is a place to post that. I am reporting a bug stopping me posting there :(

After logging in with my PBE account on the PBE Community to post about an (unrelated) issue in the patcher in Japanese locale, I receive the error "Unable to retrieve discussions" when clicking on all links, which seems to be redirecting me through this link:

I logged in via the login button (top-right) on: http://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bugs/ZVAXy4GE-cannot-load-pbe-client-when-switching-to-japanese-language
All pages in other tabs which were not logged in also all return this error when clicking links, and a "Error 500 Server Error" when refreshing (the above link now gives me this error).

I also noticed that in the top-right of the bug report page where on the live site it usually has my username, I only have "MY ACCOUNT", and trying to access match history shows the same access denied.

As this is my first time in PBE I'm not sure if this is expected behaviour, but if not could potentially provide a clue to the cause.
I tried to submit this through the bug report page in PBE Community, but it returned an error when I tried to submit, and reopening the page is now returning "{"message":"Cannot read property 'toString' of null","error":{}}" as a plain text response.
I'm using Chrome (Version 47.0.2526.106 (64-bit)) in OSX (10.9.5).
I first logged in about 20-30 minutes ago I think? I have confirmed that both the bug reporter error and the forum error is still happening now. Everything was working as expected until I logged in.
