Stuck in lobby while friend is in champion select so forced to dodge and go negative in LP

So this isn't the first time it happens first time was a normal so i was not really annoyed by it but I tried to play a rank and with my friend we both clicked accept but i was sent back to the lobby and he was in champion select so i was forced to dodge and went from 0LP to -10Lp anyone else getting this dumb problem??
