[BUG , CHESTS] S rank no Chest When i never got one

Hello i never gotten a chest and i can see i have 4 abalivable to get yet ive gotten S+ and like 4 S- and still no chest please someone tell me whats wrong is this a bug? when will i get my chest that i deserve

So taking from what you have described I have a few questions for you.

  1. Do you own the champions(s) that you have gotten an S rank with?
  2. Have you been punished recently?
