LoL Patcher will not start

My League of Legends Patcher will not start. When i attempt to run League as an administator the League of Legends icon pops up for about 60 seconds and then disappears. I have looked in task manager and Riot Client Patcher and PVP.net patcher kernel are both running as background proccesses for about 2 minutes after i have attempted to launch League of Legends and then they just stop running and League does nothing. I have attempted to uninstall and then reinstall league and when i did and tried to run it i had the same problem but i noticed some files where missing. There were both launchers and 2 Folders there and there were missing files under Rads-Projects (only lol.launcher was there). I'm sorry if this post is in the wrong place but i couldn'y find another category to put it under and thanks in advance for any help.
