Freezing in Que! HUGE WAIT TIMES 30+ MINUTES BEFORE ABLE TO QUE AGAIN

Above is an attached photo of my game client that keep freezing in champselect. It doesn't work and constantly freezes. It has kicked me out of que more times than I can count, leaving me with 30+ minute wait times before I can join the que again. It makes it difficult to play with friends and it is starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
