I got jipped of promos

So i was in promos and was on a 6 game winning streak then i win my first promos and i win but it gives me an auto lost and a win in promos and i have done these promos 3 times. So it never game me my auto win and instead gave me an auto lost. So i said what ever but then I lose my next game cause of very bad talon. So now im still in Bronze 2 and didn't get my free win and a free lost so please fix this because now i have to redo promos for the 4th time..
