[GAMEPLAY] Lux - E was disabled

I was in a rank game, playing mid as Lux. Early game was fine, all the skills were working correctly. Then, E suddenly stops working and is greyed out, even though I have enough mana. I couldn't activate it.

I tried quitting the game and reconnecting, it didn't work. I tried quitting the entire client, and it didn't work either. Lux without E is a very big loss of damage, and I was doing well too.

Our ranked game ended up as a loss, because the team decided to surrender due to this. Please double check this and fix this bug, as it is a big inconvenience. Also, I would like to sincerely request a loss prevented, because it's not fair for my team mates, and for myself.
