[Gameplay] Amumu's R CDR bug

Yesterday i was playing some ranked games with some friends , and I decided tot go Amumu in the jungle. Since i hit level 6, the icon that shows me that i have my ultimate ( R ) up , had 0 cdr,but i couldn't use my ultimate and i need to ask my team mates , everytime when my ultimate is up. Hope you fix this :)
