Gameplay bug with Azir and Braum

While I was just playing a game, I went to use my ult as Azir on a Braum, but apparently he used his E right as I used my ult and he wasn't effected by the knock back on Azir's ultimate. I don't have a means to reproduce the bug, so maybe if someone else can.
