New free champion rotation: Diana, Gangplank, Janna and more!

Clearly says in the link above there are new free rotation champions, yet I still only have access to last weeks. Also checked another website and it says also. The only one not up to date is mobafire. I noticed everyone else but me in games has access to these champions, BUT me.

Not a bug. These champs dont become free till tomorrow. All free rotations release on Tuesday. People who do have these champions must live in a different time zone granting them the champions. Also if you are below level 7 then you have the same pool of champions intill you are a higher level.
