Zed's Q+W bug

Okay, so earlier today i was playing zed, and noticed that when you cast your shadow (W) then shuriken (Q) and instantly after you press W again to swap positions with your shadow, the shadow's shuriken wasnt doing anything, no animation, no damage, no anything. Please fix, im trying to enjoy zed before the PBE nerf comes live.
