[Crash] DJ Sona Skin causes client to crash

After the patch that added Omega Squad Teemo, playing as DJ Sona causes me to crash any time I change her song, after I change her song it is impossible for me to get back into the game without it crashing every two seconds. I have scanned and repaired my LoL files to no avail. I would post screenshots but it just black screens and I have to Ctrl+Alt+Del to get out of it, it does pop up an error that says "Dump error" but thats it.
