In the patch notes of 5.13 we are told that on takedown (kill/assist) of an epic moster (baron/dragon) you get 5 stacks. THIS IS NOT THE CASE You only get 5 stacks if you SMITE it, even with killing it with an aa you only get 1 stack as opposed to the mythical 5 stacks promised by riot. This needs to be fixed!
I have had an additional problem, ive noticed it before but thought it was nothing but i realized it again in my most recent game when i was attempting to recreate a similar thing, i've had a problem where my dog ghost will go away and once its away if i kill anything that would usually get stacks would give me nothing. I noticed this when i went to go do dragon solo once i got devourer and after I had killed it i had noticed that i got 0 stacks and my dog was nowhere to be seen, so i dont know if its a corrilation between the dog spirit and stacks or just bug in general but pls riot try to fix this bug :D. In addition to Kitsune i have not been getting any stacks on ASSISTED takedowns
