Cant lock in ban in champselect

I was in champ select, last to ban, I searched up "va" to get Vayne, I pressed her, and the bezzel went black, I couldn't press "Ban" either. I tried pressing other champions, but to no succes. I'll leave a link of what happened, sorry for the horrible quality :(
