[Gameplay] Surrender Grahic bug

Hello! just wanted to say that I saw a bug with the graphic of the surrender vote.

1. Someone in my team is disconnect
2. Someone in my team start a surrender vote
3. 2 people vote (so we see the green and red bar)
4. The disconnected player reconnect
5. the red and green bar diseapear but they are "valid" (so it looks like no one voted, but the 2 vote of the player who already voted are still register)

So that's it! it is minor, but I thought is was worth mentionning!
