When shooting mystic shot ezreal does not proc the new items Echo ability. You can reproduce it by. Building the item. It may happen when not building a sheen. I had a sheen when i finished the new item.

I think this is intended - as the Echo only triggers on Spell hits, and Ez's Q is coded as a basic attack (as it applies on hit effects such as Sheen/Lich Bane). Same functionality with Gangplank's Q also from what I've been hearing
