Graphics Glitch/Bug on Mouseover Entities

Happens in every game as any champion against any champions. Occurs more noticeably in early and late game than during mid game (no explanation or hints as to why... or if this is just a personal feeling/"tunnel vision").

Targetable entities (i.e. Minions, Champions, Towers) that are not selected at the moment will show up as a big colored block upon Mouseover. This colored graphics block blocks most other graphical entities from showing except sometimes when another entity is clearly in front of the entity in question. HP Bars tend to show through more than any other entity.

This does not happen anymore once you click on the entity. Currently selected entities seem to not have any issues.
