[GAMEPLAY] Custom Game, bots not responding to lane choice

When creating a custom game for practice, the bots seem to choose the lane I would like to practice. There is a 'quest' setup to determine the players chosen lane, but this seems to be completely broken. "Go to the lane you would like to play before minions spawn, and the bots on your team will occupy other empty lanes first," said the objective/quest (severe paraphrasing). I tried several times, and it doesn't seem to work at all. It would be nice if someone could explain to me why this isn't working. It would be great if someone in Riot could take the fifteen minutes to correct the bug causing this failure to recognize player lane choice.

This occurs while using the legacy client(only worthwhile client at the moment).

  1. Create custom game with 5 bots, two on player side and three on opposite side.
  2. Choose toplaner(kayle) you would like to practice with, and start the game.
  3. Follow directions of quest and go to the toplane(tried: area where minions meet, tower, above tower, -all in center of lane area, not moving)
  4. Notice that when minions spawn, the quest/objective is marked as complete(sometimes not).
  5. Also notice that bots ignore lane choice of player regardless of quest/objective being marked as complete or not.
  6. Fix matchmaking woes.
  7. Also fix this problem.

Occurs everytime I've tried (5 or so times). No screenshot required.
