[GAMEPLAY] Ekko E bug

Well with new champions comes many bugs that need to be Ironed out. When launching Ekkos E it will automatically trigger on anything ekko was auto attacking instantly Usually a minion this can make it difficult to use it to poke an enemy champion and even has caused me to teleport back into a sticky situation.
