Level 6 Token not registering?

I was playing a One For All game as my favorite champion, Vayne and i went 18/3/4 with 138 cs. It had said I had gotten an S and i got super excited because that would be my second token, and I could get level 6 on Vayne! But, when I went to upgrade it only showed 1 level 6 token, and I was super confused, and mad because I wanted my level 6. So if a rioter is reading this, or someone knows how to solve the glitch, please let me know! Thanks!
