In-game client will not open after champion select

Windows 10 (x64) Version 1903 Intel i7-8700K Nvidia GeForce 1080Ti Asus ROG Strix Z370-G

Last night after updating my graphics card driver to Version 441.87, the in-game client will not open following champion select. I get no error, the icon appears in the bottom, though will just sit there until I get a notification that it is not responding. If I try to reconnect to the game I get the same error.

I have since tried to reinstall my graphics driver, revert to an older version of my graphics driver, use the Hextech repair tool, and do a completely clean install of League of Legends. None of which has fixed my issue.

All other games on my computer seem to be working normally.

Any suggestions on where to go from here?

Edit: Something I found interesting is that in the GeForce Experience I cannot change the graphics settings for League like I used to be able to, or can with most other games. I get the message "Unable to retrieve current game settings."

Edit: Installed Garena to see if it would work, and it runs no problem as well.
