Problems with new account

Hi There!

A friend want to start a new account and he has a problem with his summoner name. When he write a summoner name it says ''available'' and when he want to start it doest start. After restarting the client multiple times is still doenst go to the next step the profile

Can someone help!

Try doing this using the old client. There's a bug right now on the new one that is causing some names to incorrectly show as 'available.' To access the legacy client, click the launcher. Before logging in there should be an option on the bottom right that says "launch legacy client." click it.
