My game freezes ~1 minute

I've been playing league for about 6 years now (if not more), and I've had many issues when it comes to dc'ing. But for a while now I haven't been having these issues and actually have fun playing the game. Well my concern is that almost every time I get into a game, around the 1 minute mark my game freezes and I cannot close the game and re-open it; or alt + Tab out and close it because it just doesn't let me (even though the other apps in my pc are running fine. Because of this I'm forced to shut down my pc manually and restart it and try to reconnect, and by that time the game is already at least 4 minutes in and I'm like 5 levels behind. This crash only happens while I'm playing league and to be honest it's gotten very annoying to the point where I uninstalled league and pretty much everything on my pc and reinstalled league by itself to see if it worked, but sadly the issue remained. Please help!
