[CLIENT] Store Issues

Well, I've been having problems with the store for a while now since 4.20 released. It's either very long load times, not loading at all, long purchase waits or constant errors.

Like, at the moment, I've been trying to purchase a quint and it's pretty much just been Katarina dancing for about 7 minutes now. This happens very, very often.
