CRITICAL ERROR wont let me load a game

when loading into a game I get this message "A critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated league of legends" it asks me to do a full memory dump, I hit yes to generate FULL memory dump. then it says Thank you. a crash dump was created yada yada. then it brings me to the reconnect screen. It happened to me on both my promo games. I got leaver for both because the client wont load. plz send halp. I've downloaded the hextec repair kit, reinstalled the game 2 times and it still happends. i'm not using any third party stuff nor have i changed anything with my firewall.
