[GAMEPLAY] Irelia E bug not dealing damage and going on CD

Irelia E deals no damage to an enemy champion when they disappear into bushes. The ability goes on cooldown but deals no damage or any CC. For this to happen the enemy champion needs to disappear into a bush (either walking or by by flash) and Irelia needs to use E at the same time.
