Login Issuse -Not internet, Not computer

Hello, I can no log in to any league server, NA, LAS, or LAN. My internet is working fine, can watch everything in hd without a problem. I have tried connecting through my MACbook pro, and with a windows OS, and neither one works and give same error. Says i am not connected to the server. I have tried reinstalling the client as well, restarted router, gotten new IP, new MAC address nothing seems to make me be able to login. Even did that google DNS thing 8.8.8.8 8.8.6.6 but no luck. "unexpected error has occurred, if it keeps happening report please report support riot games. important to note: the log in issues happened after the update a week back. Please help.
