Must keep reinstalling client on Mac

I get crashes when I try to start the client on my Mac High Sierra version. Reinstalling fixes it. After a few days this repeats.

I've had to reinstall 6 times in the last month, which is a big pain!

Any help appreciated.

Been playing League on this laptop for 2 years. I didn't notice the problem until March.
