I can't turn on client , BUG SPLIT. Fast help please!

When I go to turn on the game , this appears to me. I played in this new patch and everything was fine but the last day i have this problem. I need fast help!

Can you get the patcher to launch? If so, look for a settings gearbox, and in there try and find the way to repair your client.
If not, Uninstall League of Legends and re-install.
