Riven bug

After reaching 40% cdr and using every Q at the very last second before it goes to cd so you can use the first Q right after your 3rd Q, riven's 3rd Q's knock up and damege doesn't apply to target but instead she casts her first Q when you try to use your 3rd Q. It becomes a serious problem when I try to engage a fight with flash + 3rd Q combo.
