I can't join games.

Since 7:00PM EST (Friday, September 21st 2018) I haven't been able to join any type of game in league of legends. I tried Training Tool, Custom games, and even tried Draft Mode and couldn't connect to the game. I reinstalled the game, I tried using the repairing tool, I even logged in my Latin American North account and still cannot play. Any idea what's going on? Please anyone help me :(
