Download Issue (Linux)

I have not played LOL in quite a while. But recently, I switched to Ubuntu MATE on my computer and thought to try to get it to run on Wine just for the heck of it. When I tried to click on the download bar, nothing happened. In fact, the blue download bar did not display any text. The only other thread that I know of had this issue was 1) from Europe, and 2) did not receive any replies. If anybody has a solution, I would gladly appreciate it.

It expects a windows (or mac) machine to give the proper download. Google "change user agent" for the browser you're using, then follow the directions to set it to appear to be a browser on a windows machine. The page will work fine for you at that point.
