Voice Chat Issue On Mac

I noticed this a while back but the voice chat in League doesn't pick up my microphone anymore. I can hear others in my party, but they cannot hear me. The green circle doesn't appear around my icon, which means that the client doesn't pick up my microphone at all. I tried going in the settings but nothing helps. Please work on a fix so I can communicate with my party members within the League Client.

I am running the latest update macOS Mojave (Version 10.14.4) on the MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015).

Same here, I'm on a Mac and it doesn't seem like the voice chat picks up my in-built microphone, or the microphone I plug into the headphone/microphone jack :/
