[gameplay] Yasuo windwall cancels Swains Q

Since the rework or this latest patch, Yasuo's windwall can cancel Swain's Q, it was not like this previously because it's not a projectile. Even after the bird has been placed and starts doing damage, he can just windwall to cancel it. To reproduce:

1. Swain does Q.
2. Q starts doing damage.
3. Yasuo does windwall.
4. Bird disappears. The windwall can even stop the Q from being put down at all if windwall was cast first then Swain tries to Q behind it. Neither of these bugs happened before rework. The bug is reproducible 100 percent of the time.
