[CLIENT] Unable to ban champions forcing a dodge.

I recently got into my gold promos and on my first champion select I was 3rd pick, so first ban. However I could not ban a champion because I was stuck on the "Select the champion you want to play" screen, forcing me to dodge. Needless to say this is very frustrating because it counts against my promos and I'm sure this won't get reviewed or looked at in depth because there's probably no one else with this problem, but that's all.
