Blocked Players
I just had a ranked game in which I was teamed with a player I had blocked. Another of my teammates had also blocked the same summoner. Isn't that directly opposed to the entire purpose for blocking players?

it happens lol.
I wish it would prevent them from joining custom games, I block a lot of players for trolling in mini games.
