[CLIENT] Random Loss Added to Series (No dodge)

TL;DR: Win promo game, loss gets added to promo series, no queue dodges, one temporary dc on my team

Context: Plat-Diamond series, so 5 games total

I won a game in my promotion series and it added a loss in my record (not just visual bug its actually a loss). Nobody queue dodged, and I haven't dodged ranked (or norm) in a while. I lost series after two losses, when it should've been 3 losses.

The velkoz on my team disconnected for about 10 minutes, but came back at the end for the win. (possible cause?)

Don't really care about the loss, just wanna let Riot and fellow players know about this bug.
