I change resolution in Game.cfg Colors=32 Height=1024 Width=1280

My displei is 1280/1024 and again out of range....( All my driver is last updade )

I fixed it verry simple and and it looks like fullscreen. Simply go to your game directory "C:/Riot games/League of legends/Config/game.cfg" look for "Windowed = 0" line -> change 0 with 2. Close notepad, when asked for save choose yes, then right click "game.cfg" and check "Read only" ->Apply->OK .
