I've Been Punished Because Of Riot's Game Crashing

My game crashed while logging in and when the game was remade i didn't only loose LP but i was put into a low priority queue for 5 matchmade games which makes me wait 20 minutes for each of those 5 games. This is the second time the system has punished me for something that was totally out of my control. I didn't even Disconnect yet i was punished because Riot's client crashed. I am not an offender nor am i a bad player of this game. This is absolutely unacceptable if anyone from riot games can address this topic please try and fix this issue. I honestly don't even feel like playing league knowing that i have to wait 20 minutes in order for a matchmade game to be found. It makes me feel like playing substitute games instead.
