Skins not loading in Team Builder (Poro Rider Sejuani)

I have noticed that if I want to use Poro Rider skin in Team Builder that I have to switch to Classic and back to Poro Rider before joining a Team for every game. If I join a team without doing this then the Classic Sejuani skin will load even though the reload config said Poro Rider is the Currently Selected skin. I noticed other people have mentioned skins not loading and I am assuming they are having a similar issue. Thanks for any help in resolving this issue.
