Heimerdinger bug

Anyone else experiencing oddities with the siege master lately? During gameplay I was having repeated moments of placing 3 turrets in 3 different spots but when the third one didn't place, I realized it had bugged and dropped on my second turret placed. Also I went to do dragon and placed three turrets, then cast my ultimate and tried to rocket. Regular rockets came out. Lo and behold the ult had auto cast the mega turret on the third mini turret I had placed. This has happened to me repeatedly in PVP and even in bots.

Has anyone else experienced this while playing Heimerdinger?
