White transparent screen popping up when trying to report someone.

We had someone on our team who went AFK, and i went to report him and my LOL client got this white transparent screen over it. I could not click anywhere or exit the stats page. I had to start my client over again. This has occured several times over the last couple of days. Has then been happening to anyone else?
