[Client] Kog'maw appearing in champions list in the wrong spot with wrong name

Just in champion select and was appearing first in the list with the name "**Kog'Maw".

I have also seen this, and his name is wrong in the game too. Can be seen in the loading screen, his champion name is game_character_displayname_Kogmaw and the summoner name is game_bot_Kogmaw. This continues into the game, in the chat and on the model.
