Serious Bug (client) - Stuck in Champion Select - Blind Pick

No idea what causes it maybe some correlation with jhin's new skin but here:

Started blind pick game with friends we all locked in and the client froze on the champion selection screen. We all logged out and reconnected to experience a momentary patch update and then we pressed launch and are stuck on the reconnect screen as it wont let us connect.

plz send help,
