No fullscreen windowed mode?

As of this new patch, there doesn't seem to be any option to select fullscreen windowed mode (which was my preferred way of playing). Is anyone else having this issue?

Having the same issue. It's especially annoying since I can't reposition the window and can't move the camera downwards.
