Can't ban pick in Champ Select

Hey Riot my dear, actually I had 30lp in Plat5, and I lost 1 game -18. And then, I play the second game, I was in champion select, and I COULDN'T ban champ, not only me, my teammates also. And client just frozen 2m after we got back to the lobby. And you just -3lp from me, for what? I was your fault Riot. Don't ask why so many people leave this game, Riot doesn't make this game better, it's very bad man. I don't know how long will you guys fix all bugs in game. So dissapointed.
