[GAMEPLAY] AP Ezreal is unable to proc Luden's Echo passive

I played a couple games of Ap Ezreal and after a while, I noticed that Ezreal's Q and W abilities does not proc Luden's Echo's passive. Only his E ability can proc the passive which makes buying the item useless.

Ezreal was never able to proc Luden's with his Q, it was intended that way. Though he should be able to proc it with his W, assuming you tried to hit a champion with it and it didn't work then that is a bug.
